Email Watch (“we,” “us”) provides DMARC monitoring and email-authentication tools. This policy explains what we collect when you visit https://dev.emailwatch.co, use our free checkers, or create an account, and how we use it.

The Email Watch service is operated by SimplyCubed合同会社, 〒100-0006 東京都千代田区有楽町1-5-2 東宝日比谷プロムナードビル 11階, which is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details — when you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Domain & DMARC data — the domains you monitor and the aggregate DMARC reports sent to your unique reporting address. These reports contain sending IP addresses and authentication results, not the content of your emails.
• Free-tool input — the domain or IP you check, and, if you choose to provide it, your email address to receive the full report.
• Technical data — standard server logs and privacy-respecting product analytics (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service: ingesting and analyzing your DMARC reports, surfacing issues and recommendations, sending alerts and digests you've asked for, and operating and securing the product. If you leave your email with a free tool, we send you the report and a short, related email series you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Aggregate reports only

Email Watch is built around DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports, which summarize authentication results by source. We do not collect forensic (RUF) reports or the contents of your messages.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and analytics) under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law.

Data retention

Report history is retained according to your plan. You can delete a domain or your account at any time, which removes the associated monitoring data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email team@emailwatch.co.
