Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Email Watch (“the service”). By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to them.

The Email Watch service is operated by SimplyCubed合同会社, 〒100-0006 東京都千代田区有楽町1-5-2 東宝日比谷プロムナードビル 11階. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean SimplyCubed合同会社, the contracting entity that provides the service.

The service

Email Watch monitors DMARC, SPF, and DKIM for the domains you add and provides analysis, alerts, and recommendations. The free checkers run one-time, best-effort DNS lookups and are provided for informational purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must only monitor domains you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to attack, probe, or disrupt domains you don't control.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tools.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Accuracy & availability

We work to keep analysis accurate and the service available, but DMARC data and DNS results depend on third parties and can change. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
