What this checks

DMARC tells mailbox providers what to do with email that fails authentication for your domain. This checker looks up the TXT record at _dmarc.yourdomain.com, parses every tag, and grades it: is a policy set, are aggregate reports flowing, are alignment and percentage configured sensibly?

Why it matters

Without DMARC, anyone can spoof your domain to phish your customers and partners. With a policy of p=reject — reached safely after monitoring — receivers drop forged mail before it lands. A weak or missing record leaves the door open.
